This is the 30 hour Kansas Real Estate Practice Course you need if you have received
your certificate for the 30 hour Salesperson Pre-License Course.

Tuition for this course is $180.

You have up to three months to complete the course.  In addition, remember you must
file certificates for both courses, your passing state exam scores, and pay the license fee
within six months of the exam pass date.  If the two parts of the exam were passed on
different dates, the six-month time period begins from the earlier exam date.
