MISSOURI CONTINUING EDUCATION

The Missouri Real Estate Commission (MREC) requires you take 12 hours of continuing education every two years to renew your broker or salesperson's real estate license.  Brokers must renew their license by June 30, 2014 and salespersons by September 30, 2014.  For both brokers and salespersons, you are required to take a three hour core course and nine hours of elective courses.  You will receive three hours of credit for each course you take. 

The on-line courses being offered are:

CORE
- Principles of Property Management (PPM)

ELECTIVE - Ethics and the Practice of Real Estate (ETH), Going Green in Real Estate: A Guide for the Licensee (GR); Electronic Transactions in Real Estate (EL); Property Disclosures: What, When & How (PD); 1031 Tax-Free/Tax-Deferred Exchanges (1031).

How to take the courses:

ON-LINE
- The cost of three hours of CE is $25, six hours is $50, nine hours is $75
and 12 hours is $85.  For each on-line course, the licensee must pass a final exam
to get a completion certificate. When you have completed all of your courses we will
provide you with a completion certificate.  Please let us know if you would like the
course to apply toward Kansas elective continuing education credit.  To sign up for
