Steps to obtaining your Missouri
Broker Real Estate License by

Broker
license
1. Go to the bottom of the page, click the link and complete the sign-up process.
2. Work through the course. You have 3 months to complete the course.
3. You must pass the on-line final exam.
THERE ARE NO CLASSROOM REQUIREMENTS TO COMPLETE THIS COURSE.
4. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
5. Be an actively licensed
Missouri salesperson for the last two years, or hold an active real
estate license in another state or jurisdiction, for no less than 24 of the last 30 months
immediately preceding the date of application for license.
6. After completing the course, you will be prepared to sit for the real estate exam.
The exam is given at a computer testing facility. These facilities are located in Kansas City,
Jefferson City, Springfield, and St. Louis. We provide you a candidate handbook with all the
information on scheduling your exam appointment.
7. The broker exam consists of
175 questions. 100 national questions and 75 questions
covering the state information. You must attain at least a 75% on both sections to pass the exam.
8. You will need
your certificate of completion you receive from the school and your passing test
results to apply for your license. You must apply for your license within six months of receiving
your school completion certificate.
