This is the 24 hour Missouri Real Estate Practice Course you need if you have
received your certificate for the 48 hour Salesperson Pre-License Course.

Tuition for this course is $200.

You have up to three months to complete the course. In addition, remember you
must file certificates for both courses, your passing state exam scores, and pay
the license fee within six months of the completion date of the 48 hour
salesperson pre-license course.

In addition, after January 1, 2011 all applicants for a salesperson and broker's
license need to be fingerprinted. The fingerprinting is being handled by L-1
